Lake County

Thank you for attending the Community Health Assessment meeting on December 12, 2017. All of the facilitators were impressed by the wealth of knowledge we had in that room! We decided to compile and share the existing resources we generated for the top five issues facing Lake county. This is not to imply this is a complete list, but it may give any of us a place to start if looking for county-wide resources.

If you have a correction or addition, please contact local SHIP Coordinator at tracy.gilsvik@co.lake.mn.us or 218-834-8520

Another place to find resources is United Way’s 211 Information and Referral (just dial 211 or, if using a cell phone, call 800-543-7709)

Thank you!
