My name is Raymond Jobe. I am a Public Health Educator/Statewide Health Improvement Partnership (SHIP) Coordinator for St. Louis County Public Health and Human Services (PHHS). I studied at the University of Minnesota Duluth and in 2015 I received a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) Degree in Public Health Education and Promotion. I started with St. Louis County PHHS in 2016 and have been striving to address obesity and chronic disease prevention through food access and active living strategies utilizing a policy, systems, and environmental framework. In my free time I enjoy being physically active and spending time with family and friends. A few of my joys during our warm months include fishing, camping, and camp fires. During our long winter months I stay active with my puppy Olaf who loves everything cold, but is most partial to the fluffiest snow he can get his paws on.
