Dani Pieratos started at the Rutabaga Project with AEOA (Virginia, MN) in June 2020 as its Food Access Coordinator. She holds interest in healthy food access, food sovereignty, and sustainability. Dani is so grateful for SHIP, sending out a big heartfelt kudos to its talented, caring staff and the connections and resources they share for community uplift. Dani is motivated to make this world more livable, which is why she is so excited to contribute her passions to food justice work.
